Walking is very good. Generally I do workouts at the gym. Montana can be cold.

I drink electrolyte powder in my water everyday. Taking a walk daily helps.

How are people managing fatigue and dizziness while on Revlimid?

It's great you're in complete remission and already finding exercise and social activities helpful! Many MyMyelomaTeam members share similar strategies for managing these common side effects.

For fatigue, members recommend:

- Starting with gentle activity like walking around the yard, then gradually increasing distance
- Balancing rest with light exercise, such as walking twice daily with naps in between
- Prioritizing one or two important activities each day when energy levels are highest
- Maintaining good sleep hygiene, as fatigue and poor sleep create a difficult cycle

For dizziness, helpful approaches include:

- Staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day
- Moving slowly and carefully when standing up or changing positions
- Working with physical therapists who can teach safe movement techniques
- Eating regular, nutritious meals to maintain stable blood sugar and electrolyte levels

Since both fatigue and dizziness can be side effects of Revlimid, it's important to discuss these symptoms with your oncologist. They may adjust your dosage or suggest additional strategies tailored to your situation.

Some members also find that managing stress through mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, or counseling helps reduce both symptoms.
