Has anyone chose not to do stem cell transplant and if so how are you doing? What treatment are you on?

Never collected my Stem Cells - no SCT, Induction in Nov 2021 of DarzFasPro+RVd. Started at Stage 2, t4;14 high risk, IgA 5915 IgA Kappa - first Negative via Blood Sample clonoSEQ test in late May of 2022. Stopped All MM Meds and Remain no No MM Meds and MRD Negative. Changed to a Plant Based Diet in mid 2023 when I had to deal with a known dormant bone lesion that became Active (short treatment of Revlimid & Dex), immediately retuned to Negative in 6 weeks and stopped those Meds immediately - my Marrow did not Reactivate and I remain completely in Remission

* Steroids like dexamethasone

Other drug combinations that may be used include:

* Bortezomib, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone
* Lenalidomide and dexamethasone
* VAD (Vincristine, doxorubicin, and dexamethasone)
* DCEP (Dexamethasone, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, and cisplatin)
