Yes, Revlimid is usually the culprit. I also got c diff diarrhea after my transplant. Tell you doctor. There are treatments.

Yes, I had diarrhea so bad the first 6 months that I was on Revlimid and Velcade that I lost 60 pounds. When I was taken off Revlimid and Velcade, I started Darzalex injections and started gaining weight. I'm finally up to my goal weight of 115 pounds, and don't have the diarrhea since I began Darzalex treatment 2 years ago.
