I took teclistamab cqyv for one year. Took my numbers down to zero in a couple of months. Then I elected to go off tecvali to see how long I stay without multiple myeloma
It has been 6 months and still at zero. Blood tests every 3 months. Hope it holds forever. It was not approved by fda until now

Thanks for sharing. I am on Empliciti and pomalyst. I get the empliciti every 4 weeks and pomalyst 21 days and off 7 days. I have been on this regimen for almost 2 years. I just had labs done October 22, and numbers are still high, and the M-Spike is 1.4. Most times I feel alright. I started doing my own research because my doctors don't mention new treatments, and we have had so many changes in our Cancer Centers. At first, I did research on Car-T cell that appears to have a lot of side effects (cytokines). Then I read about BiTE and there is a better success rate. After reading these posts and seeing how you all have good results, I will have discussions with my oncologist and hematologist. Overall, I have more good days than bad days. But I want to experience remission and a better quality of life. God, I am so grateful to You, and I know you own the plan for my life. You said You will not withhold no "good thing" from me. Everyone, if it's God's will, I will continue to live and do it according to His way. You know... I am truly blessed. We know who has the FINAL say.

Yes I'm on a clinical trial and have monthly injections with Talquetamb along with Daratumumab. I started 1-2-23 and last testing I am MRD Negative (no cancer found). Brain fog is gone and I feel pretty much normal again. Hope I never have to do chemo again.!!

BiTE treatments are specifically designed for people like you who have tried multiple previous therapies. These medications are approved for patients who have already undergone at least four prior lines of treatment, including standard therapies like proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory agents, and anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies.

The FDA has approved several BiTE treatments including teclistamab, elranatamab, talquetamab, and linvoseltamab. These are given as under-the-skin injections, typically in the stomach or thigh. Clinical trials have shown promising results with BiTE treatments. For example, with teclistamab, 61.8% of patients responded to treatment, and after nine months, 66.5% of those who responded maintained their response. The treatment has shown better progression-free survival and overall survival compared to standard therapies.
