Myeloma causes an elevation in one type of immunoglobin. Not all of them. Usually with myeloma, one immunoglobin is elevated. Mine was IgG, for instance. My unaffected immunoglobins were very low because the myeloma was crowding them out. If all your immunoglobins are elevated, there is something else going on like an infectious or inflammatory process. I don't know. What does your doctor say 🤔

Actual I'm curious. But I do have high fr light kappa chain and high immunoglobulin count A, D, M, E
They are all different types of MM.
