I have a tea tree and mint and rosemary oil that I put on my scalp 20 minutes before shampoo. it really helps me with the itchy scalp.
My wife uses Selsun Blue Medicated shampoo and Benedryl at night which seems to be a working combination. Her itchiness is a side effect of Revlimid. This combination has kept it very much under control. Not knowing your exact circumstances I would recommend that you discuss this thoroughly with your care provider prior to trying it. We never take anything over the counter or otherwise without first consulting with our Oncologist.
I think taking Zyrtec or some allergy med really helps itchy scalp
