I’ve read that most start at 25 mg but reduce the dose if there are too many side effects.

This is something that only your cancer doc should be answering. It is dependant on so many individual variables. I could give you information based on my history with lenalidomide, but it would be irrelevant to your situation - as would anyone else's information. Good luck!

Based on the provided search results, I cannot provide specific dosage recommendations for Lenalidomide maintenance therapy, as this information is not included in the search results. The specific dosage should be determined by your healthcare provider based on your individual circumstances, response to treatment, and other factors.

What we do know is that Lenalidomide is currently the only single drug approved by the FDA for myeloma maintenance therapy after bone marrow transplant, and it's considered well-tolerated by most patients. It's important to stick to whatever dose your doctor prescribes and follow your maintenance plan exactly as directed. Studies show that maintenance therapy becomes more effective the longer you take it, with some patients showing sustained remission for around 57 months compared to 30 months without maintenance treatment.

If you have questions about your specific dosage, please discuss this with your healthcare team, as they can provide personalized guidance based on your individual treatment plan.
