Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can get to help with the neuropathy in my toes and fingers. I want something that will work.
Hi Sandra! I’ve had neuropathy for years, and I’ve tried different creams and meds. Finally, I was put on Lyrica. Although, I take 200mg. three times a day. I am very comfortable. I hope this helps.
Well, after 2 weeks of the compound of diclofenac, Lidocaine and Ketamine rub in, I have less neuropathy in toes , feet and ankles. I will continue with this.
I use a heavy duty massaging tool for my feet. I do Pilates 4-5 times a week and I walk about 3 miles a day. All that helps put tension on my feet. When dexamethasone was removed from my treatment, I began to get more feeling in my toes. My fingers were never affected. I wrote about this on my blog: https://www.reframingcancer.com/these-feet-are-.... Good luck!
Alpha Lipoic acid is recommended y Hematologists. Also B complex vitamins. One way to get B vitamins is to take Nutritional Yeast. I take 2 teaspoons a day. I like Bob’s RedMill brand because it mixes well in juice or dairy and isn’t bitter.

I’ve taken them all. The following is the best I have found: methadone 10mg, lyerica 60 mg, Wellbutrin 450 mg. I still feel it but it does not hurt. I can sleep with blanket over my feet. I can drive a car and workout at the ymca.
