I do have lambda light chain myeLoma. I’ve had it for nine years. Had a stem health transplant did well for nine years now I’m on immunotherapy but doing very well. Lambda is supposed to be a little tougher however it’s also dependent on your chromosomes and how well they Accept treatment. Fortunately, my chromosome numbers are good.t(11;14) and 13q del, consistent with standard risk disease. Scarlisa immunotherapy has got my light chains down to the normal count for the first time ever!

Skarona, they look at your free light chains. I get a bone marrow biopsy each year. It helps to know what my myeloma is doing. Some people have non secretory myeloma. They rely on bone marrow biopsies and imaging to monitor their myeloma because it doesn't always show up in their blood

The AI answer is correct. Light chain myeloma can be more challenging to manage. Please make sure you are seeing a good myeloma specialist. Good news on your great response 🥰
