Every time I relapsed! The first sign was an increase of my M Spike. Recently My Oncologist pointed the Kappa Light Chains as an indicator of relapse also . Finally if not treated immediately I would begin to get noticeably weaker!! With increased fatigue and increased bone pain !!

I didn’t feel any difference when I relapsed. Just knew from the bloodwork

Mentally…Disappointment, dejection and wondering what’s next. Then acceptance of what will be will be, followed by hope and optimism for the future regardless of outcome. It’s in someone else’s hands ultimately. 🙏🏻

When I started to relapse, my pain level in my joints and muscles increased somewhat. They have come down since I’m very close to MRD again.
