How long does it take to recover energy during the 14-day break between Revlimid treatments?

Fatigue is one of the most common side effects experienced by people taking Revlimid (lenalidomide). While everyone's experience is different, the 14-day break between treatments can help manage side effects and allow for some energy recovery. During treatment breaks, it's important to:

- Get adequate rest
- Stay hydrated
- Maintain healthy eating habits
- Talk to your doctor if fatigue is severe

Remember that your energy levels may fluctuate throughout treatment. If you're experiencing persistent fatigue that significantly impacts your quality of life, discuss this with your healthcare team as they may need to adjust your treatment plan.

Yes I would take longer breaks from revlamide cause of shingles but it may have caused an earlier relapse.

I take my Revlimid 10 mg 21 on/ 7 off. I get B12 inj once a month and also B12 daily. My energy level is low, but I am overweight and my diet is “very very not so good “.
I don’t cook for myself so I am dependent on hubby or daughter to cook. My fractures in neck and vertebrae limit what I can do in the house. I need to get out and exercise, hope to do that with my rollator.

I was off my Pomalyst for 2 weeks when my doctor was out of town. I felt much better. Usually, I'm 21 days on and 7 off.
