Bonnie,
I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis in 2019 and they wanted me to go on these drugs. You can only be on them 2 years. They make your bones brittle and easier to break and also with MM you are higher risk of having osteonecrosis (a broken jaw bone). I decided for me, I would try calcium and magnesium supplements. I did not know about adding D3 & K2 supplements to help absorb the calcium and tell it to go to the bones. I take 4 capsules of MRM Bone Maximizer III with 2 extra capsules of D3 & K2 and collagen. Adding vitamin C helps too. I am doing well on this.

I am on Zometa. I have the infusion every three months for two years. I have not experienced any problems with the first three treatments. Hoping that continues!
I truly hope people are listening to you... This is the perfect regimen! I believe God gave it you... God bless! ☺️❤️☺️
Bone-modifying drugs like bisphosphonates and Xgeva (denosumab) are commonly used to prevent bone weakening, slow bone degradation, and control high calcium levels caused by multiple myeloma. Common bisphosphonates include:
• Aredia (pamidronate)
• Zometa (zoledronic acid)
• Bonefos (clodronate)
• Boniva (ibandronate)
