I have chronic sinus issues. Sinus rinses with a neti pot help. There is a newer product called Xlear that my ENT recommended. They have a variety of products. If you are nervous about a nasal rinse, they do have a nasal spray you could try.

Yes!! I have a horrible time with sinus issues and post nasal drip. Swelling under my eyes. Headaches. I use the netti pot and three different nasal sprays. Nothing really seems to help. My ENT has suggested surgery. I'm not thrilled about another procedure.
