Hi Myra - sorry you aren't feeling well. Hope the doctors can help with your healing.
I have chronic sinus issues. Sinus rinses with a neti pot help. There is a newer product called Xlear that my ENT recommended. They have a variety of products. If you are nervous about a nasal rinse, they do have a nasal spray you could try.
As with anything, you should check with your doctor first. Hope you are feeling better very soon. Blessings, my friend. ♥️🙏🏻

Yes!! I have a horrible time with sinus issues and post nasal drip. Swelling under my eyes. Headaches. I use the netti pot and three different nasal sprays. Nothing really seems to help. My ENT has suggested surgery. I'm not thrilled about another procedure.

Yes, I had a first and bad one last month. My eyes, jaws, teeth forehead was swollen. I used a netty pot and things that took swelling down.
It took weeks to get back to normal.
I never experienced this before but now I know what to look for in the start of it

People with myeloma are at a significantly higher risk of developing infections, including respiratory infections like sinusitis. This increased vulnerability occurs because myeloma affects the immune system, specifically the plasma cells that normally help fight infections. Additionally, many myeloma treatments can further suppress the immune system, making it harder to fight off infections. If you're experiencing sinus infection symptoms, it's important to contact your healthcare team right away. Watch for signs like fever, new areas of tenderness or swelling, shortness of breath, new cough, or chills followed by sweating. These symptoms should be evaluated promptly since infections can be more serious for people with myeloma.
