They did a full work up. Pulmonary function test, Echo cardiogram, EKG, Chest X-ray. Lots of labs. They go by our performance status more than chronological age.

Agnes my husband underwent pulmonary function testing and an ultrasound of his heart. There may be more but those are the two I remember.
