I had some neuropathy then went on an 8 hour hike and ruined my legs. After that mistake I had acupuncture and it did help a lot. Now I take amytriptolene and alpha lipoic acid.

I had accupuncture treatments that reduced the tingling pain from a 7/10 personal pain scale to an average 3/10 . Some residual numbness is about the same.nSome large cancer centers have an Accupuncture treatment program that you may want to check out since it can be expensive due to the number of treatments necessary to achieve results and each treatment cost.
My neuropathy used to flare up at night starting in the early evening. I successfully used Kinesiology tape on my feet during those periods which are now not severe. I tried Gabapentin unsuccessfully, and took Tylenol high strength on flare ups. Now I do not use anything for pain ,whether it is a personal tolerance or the result of the Accupuncture. I am okay using B vitamins (B1,12,6) every day to help heal my nerves. I wake up with numbness in my calves , feet and hands which improves as I move around. Walking can hurt my feet unless I wear Orthopedic shoes or sneakers. I use Orthofeet or Skechers for my feet. I also wear their orthopedic socks exclusively.

I take Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA 600mg daily and never had a problem. Hope this helps. Hang in there.

Acupuncture is good but it is just a few hours or 1 or 2 days only.
I have tried this before and I think is better for you to do your own massage
not to waste your $ because MM is different from other sickness, it will come n go.

I even did body cupping, body massage, acupuncture and it cost around $ 150 Sing dollars about 1 hour

Is better to take painkillers ๐Ÿ’Š or something that you think that other better way.๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿ™
