Until insurance begins covering the EasyM, you probably won't find anyone who is being tested with it. I'll be happy when insurance does start covering it, then there may possibly be more doctors offering this type of MRD testing. Currently, there is only one doctor in my area offering the ClonoSEQ test and he is a 40 minute drive away.

I was involved in the study comparing the Clonoseq test, using bone marrow sample vs the blood sample test. From what I know so far is that the samples were comparable. I’ll ask my oncologist for details, next time I see her.

When I was in the study, there was no cost involved for me, and that the cost was covered by the study. They had me sign a document , that I was voluntarily involved in the study, and that extra bone marrow and blood samples would be drawn, and send out for testing.

Thanks for passing along since have not heard of this blood test and just sent your attached article to my Oncologist at the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute.
What a game changer if insurance will cover or if cost isn’t prohibitive.
