Personally I was diagnosed 12/2022 stem cell transplant was 12/2023 and I’m still in remission but my numbers are going up so I’m being closely monitored by a 3 month earlier visit and another 24 hour urine because the one in 12/2024 showed my numbers were going higher.
My husband had his sct late May 2018 and is still on maintenance of revlimid.
Had my sct in June 2021 didn't initially go into full
remission, continued treatments until March 2023 when I reached total remission. Two years and counting.
I was diagnosed in 2018 and did not want an SCT so I was on Velcade for three and a half years and along with revlimid. we stopped the Velcade infusions after three and a half years because it was just making me a little too not sickly but too many issues. I've been just doing revlimid - actually now Lenalidomide, the generic version of Revlimid. I'm doing fine I work 5 days a week and do everything else . I go to my doctor once a month have my blood work done, they can't find the M protein in my blood so I'm still going good. I'll be 80 next month, lucky to be doing as good as I am.
