If you have painful neuropathy in feet here in UK my wife was given pregabalin for the pain but had to up dosage as she got used to medication so stopped. They also suggest acupuncture or capaicin cream. But I think before anything I would get advice from the doctor.

Hi Gail,
I take 2 heaping teaspoons of Nutritional Yeast (Bob’s RedMill) with 5-8 oz of cashew milk and a little it of unsulphered blackstrap molasses. You can also mix it with juice. My mom had ovarian cancer and took this 3-5 times a day. Even though she was getting strong chemotherapy treatments, she never got neuropathy. If you already have it, it might prevent further damage.
