It means you have a very small amount of monoclonal cells in your marrow. Could be MGUS?

Hi Bonnie, did they do a Daratumab specific immunofixation to test your response? If they didn't, that m spike could actually be from the Darzalex.

I just went from .1 to . 2 and that’s still low; however, I am worried because that is the first jump in a year.! My doctor isn’t worried. My next test is May 30th so I’m hoping it will go back down then. I’m on Darzalex faspro once a month and Dex once a week
