I had a lesion on my rib. It got better with the right treatment. We should not discount any treatment because if wasn't appropriate for one member. I have seen radiation do miracles for many patients with cancer. That's all I'm going to say about that.
FYI, I had radiation done on my total fractured humerus and had reconstructive surgery. My bone did grow back along the plate.
Check out @A MyMyelomaTeam Member to see what he says on his page. His story is amazing. He has done a lot of research and recommended Dr Brandy's book "Beat Back Cancer". I just started reading it today. It's an easy read and really makes sense.

I think it depends on what type they use. Ask the Radiologist.

I think Larry said "No" to radiation, because he was told by a Radiologist that it kills the bone, so it can't build back. He went with a short amount of treatment instead and Stronium. But check out his page in case I'm not remembering correctly.
