Doctors Best High Absorption Magnesium. Take two to three spread out thru the day. Make sure you are getting 64-68 ounces of fluids spread out thru the day. Two full glasses of milk a day for calcium.

Jeff,
I wish I could help you, my friend. I've been dealing with muscle soreness in my thighs and ankles for a month now. Started during my 4th cycle of chemo. Intensity varies. It doesn't feel particularly painful, but feels more like muscle soreness and fatigue that you would experience the day after running a marathon for which you had not trained. Sometimes it's there first thing in the morning. Feels like my legs just want to be massaged. Unfortunately, OTC meds have offered no relief. The worst part for me is the weakness in my left quadiceps muscle that developed at the same time. Feels like my left leg wants to buckle. Starting physical therapy for that next week. Hope this issue resolves for you soon.

Yes it is a broad spectrum just hoping someone might have something they do that works

Yes I've recently started physical therapy focused on the leg muscles I'll see if that makes a difference. Thanks for your input 👍
