Thanks for the info! I have light chain MM so I've really only focused on that type. I will check with the Government Medical Library.

Hopefully, Donna can answer. I know of Immunofixation Serum: lgG, lgA, lgM. I "think" these are also types. Your 3 light chains are named: Serum Kappa, Serum Lambda, and Serum Kappa/Lambda Ratio. Go to the Government Medical Library and check it out. I downloaded a bunch from there today. Good luck and God Bless, "Teece"
