About 4 Months Ago My Daratumamab/Revlimid Combination Stopped Working(my Lambda Light Chain Numbers Went Weigh Up). My Doctor Switched...
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

About 4 months ago my Daratumamab/Revlimid combination stopped working(my Lambda Light Chain numbers went weigh up). My doctor switched me to Elotuzumab/Pomalyst. It temporarily stabilized the increase but now I'm up to 108(max normal is 26), my highest in 3 years. I believe another option is Carfilzomib. As anyone used this after failing others? Feel like I'm running out of options. Will see my doctor next week.

I was in the same situation so my oncologist suggested CAR-T Cell Therapy. I had it done in May of last year. At that time I was given 6 to 9 months. I am now in remission for 7 months. I highly recommend it.

Here's the Case Study that shows continued use of Darz & DarzFasPro results in them losing effectiveness due to the MM expressing less CD38.

Then based on a 6 month and 12 month break from these mAb Meds, they can regain most of their effectiveness.

Mark, there other options for you. There were two new drugs just recently approved last August. They’ll come up with something for you! 🙏

Give Dara a 6 month break - it's very likely that it will regain its ability to work.
I've read a Case Study that documented this. I'll post a Link to that one once I find it again.

Dara also kills off your Natural Killer Cells - the link below is to the graph is from a Case Study that shows Dara kills Natural Killer Cells (extremely important for our defense). After 6 months, they regained most of their original levels.

Here's the article that includes the above graph.
