Yes I had that happen. My oncologist checked my ankles every visit and I wore compression socks. Try to elevate your legs when you can. I’m now. In remission and my ankles are back to normal. Try the compression socks they really helped. Hope you have a great day!
I’m on Revlimid and blood clots are a side effect. I had blood clots prior to MM so have been taking blood thinners for a couple years. I also wear compression socks if traveling or standing a lot.
Yes. My doctor and nurses are always checking for swelling at the ankles. I believe it’s for blood clots. Please contact your team and tell them.
My left arm and hand were much larger than the right. Doc immediately ordered an ultrasound on June 12, 2023. I remember because I told the nurse “what a way to spend your birthday”. It was a clot and I’ve been on Eliquis ever since!
