Yes I would ask my doctor but remember that they are not focused on nutrition
I take curcumin , vit D, zinc and a mushroom blend There are many people on this site that take vitamins and do a plant based diet.
I think like this your body has been reborn Think purity, no toxic foods or environmental exposures Clean water and air , exercise and sleep! Be positive Best wishes

Good morning! I'm always a little hesitant to offer too much advice in this area without saying - please check with your doctors first. We are all unique when it comes to the type of MM we have. With that being said, I take a calcium supplement everyday and a multi vitamin. The older I get, the more I prefer gummies! Ha!
Hope you are doing well. Having a stem cell transplant is so life altering; however, you will come back and be your old self.
Blessings and love on this Saturday! ♥️

Glad to hear you are back walking 2 miles a day! That is huge and so good for you!! Because I can't take Zometa, I do take a Calcium/Vit D gummy supplement and try to do weight bearing exercises daily.

If I have a question about what vitamins or supplements I am safe to take or whether they will inhibit my treatment efficacy I don't hesitate to ask my specialist or speak with the pharmacist that dispense my chemo medications.

I would run everything by your Specialist. I was told to take Alpha Lipoic acid and super b Complex for neuropathy. To take calcium and vitamin d for my bones😉
