Hi Angie
Yes I started getting ringing in my ears after my first round of treatment. I’ve had it ever since, however I’m more used to it now, sometimes it’s very loud and annoying, but I can usually put it to the back of my mind.
A lot of the drugs I’ve taken have tinnitus listed as a side effect, so it’s not really surprising.
Hello Angie! I have had tinnitus for several years now. I've even seen an ENT doctor and unfortunately, there's not a lot that can be done for it.
A couple of things recommended were a noise machine (didn't really help) and meditation, which helps when the ringing is really "loud". Just mind over matter, so to speak.
I've actually learned to just kind of deal with it, and ignore it. I switch my focus to something else when it's particularly bothersome, like watching TV or listening to music, trying to concentrate on something else. Or if it's bedtime, I'll just meditate/pray and before I know it I'm asleep then waking up to a new day!
Wish I had a surefire remedy for tinnitus, but hope this helps you somehow! 🌞🌻
I've had tinnitus for 30 years at least. I do what DavidFawcet suggests. When I'm mentally occupied I don't notice it.
I got it off Amazon. I take one a day. Sometimes helps. Sometimes it doesn't.
