Physical therapy, massage therapy, iv therapy for pain, pain medications, an adjustable bed, ice/heat pack, low back support in chairs. Hope this helps! Back pain sucks!

I do a series of pt things each morning. I went to pt for 6 weeks and now I do them each morning. I also take Tramadol 3times a day and I also have oxie when the pain gets out of hand.

Well, I am in the same issue as you. In August 2017 I broke 2 vertbrates in my lower back. That is how they found I had M/M. I was in bed for 3 months and had to crawl to the bathroom. I have gotten better, but refuse to get an operation because several people in my circle did that and still suffer as bad or worse than before an operation. I am now doing good but suffer a lot of pain. I use tramadol , tynedol, and CBD oil. I would like to get a cortizon shot in my back, but cannot get my doctors to ageree. So I just put up with it every day. At 80 years old,, who cares if a shot is not good? I would like to live a few more years with less pain.

I have had 4 back surgeries that were not related to MM and occasionally experience lower back pain. I take acetaminophen for it. If that doesn’t help I will take a 50mg tablet of tramadol. A heating pad also works.
