Wilma,
My Calcium levels are fine too, but I have severe osteoporosis. MM Doctors are not educated in supplements and dietary needs. I was told to stop taking Calcium by my Primary Care Physician years ago. When I stop cramps will be so bad, my toes touch my shin. I can push as hard as I can, and I cannot push my foot down. Now I take 1100 mg Calcium with Magnesium, D3 & K2 and have no problems. My hip pain even went away.

My team at Dana-Farber said stop the Calcium as there is enough in my multi-vitamin and my calcium levels are fine.

I take D3 and K2. I also get zoledronic acid monthly. My Dr said I should get enough calcium from my diet.

Mine does NOT want me to take or ingest any calcium. It will involve my kidneys to do so.
