MM for 2 and a half years. In remission. Virtually no signs of MM in blood tests.
On no specific medication, but taking anti-virals.

The neuropathy in my hands seems worse at night. Numbness and discomfort all night. Doc suggested carpal tunnel braces to keep my wrist from bending while sleeping. Huge difference. Bought them in walmart for $14.97 each. Worth a try.

Hi John, I get this but I thought is my from taking Pomalyst? Anyway, I open and close my fists several times that seems to help. Drinking lots of water helps. An antiinflamatory diet might help. Magnesium and other supplements like curcumin might lessen inflammation. Let your doctor know. It needs to be assessed ๐Ÿ’•

Would you have arthritis. Exercise hands. Wearing stretch gloves may help ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฆ‹

I have osteoarthritis and if I eat salty foods my hands will hurt. Make sure you are eating lots of fruit, vegetables and taking Curcumin which helps with inflammation and MM.

Excising my hands gives me the most relief. I use a small soft ball and squeeze it repeatedly.
