I'm almost 6months post transplant, and even though I won't get all other vaccines until a year post transplant; my doctor reccomended the flu shot, which I got a couple of weeks ago. And next week I'll get a 3rd covid shot, and in December a 4th. No mention of Rsv so far.

I got my flu shot last week. I go to Mayo Friday, so will see what they say about the other shots.

Thank you all for your answers to this question. I do plan to get my flu shot soon and then the others to follow.

My doctor sent me for a Flu shot. I'm asking about Pneumonia and RSV. I'm in remission, about 4 months after SCT.

Before starting treatments, I got a flu shot each year and have had all the Covid vaccinations. I've had very few side effects. I had the pneumonia shot, but it was years ago. I'm now 76, so I don't know if he would recommend me getting that one again. Also I had no effects when I had that one either. A friend already got the RSV shot and had no side effects. But now I am wondering about getting any of them.
