I am taking Daratumab, Dexamethasone and just added Pomalyst this week.Hoping and praying for improvement of myeloma.

Did u take any other med with the Pomalyst? I didn’t & now my dr wants me to take Pomalyst along with infusion once a week.

I allergic to Revlimid. I’ve been on pomalyst and Darzalex.
I’m sure one of them will stop working at one time or another.

My husband was on Revlimid after stem cell transplant in 2017. Worked well for him, until the build up in his system caused him to itch so bad, he couldn't stand it. Was off for a couple of months till light chain numbers started going up. Switched to Dara and Pomylist. Still on Dara, but now with Ninlaro. About 2 years. Dr is figuring out what the next will be. Will see him in December. May know then, and when that ? gives out, he thinks onto CarT

i was switched today. Revlimid stopped working
