I had a STC in 2009, was on maintenance Velcade for 10 years. I have a slight M-spike, lamba light chains are slowing climbing. Labs are checked every 90 days. I have great teeth and dental hygiene otherwise. I see my dentist every 6 months. Blisters come and go. Thanks for any info.

I do not have blisters but I did have some dental complications from Zometa infusions. My periodontist sent me to an oral surgeon who took a very cautious approach and had me healed in just a few months. Have you considered using a medicated mouthwash such as Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.12% Oral Rinse? I use it whenever I have a sore, or irritation in my mouth, and the issue clears right up.

No I get infection and my dentist gives me Clotrimazole for 2 weeks 5 times a day.

Yes, I use a medicated mouthwash. Just an annoying thing because no one seems to be able to explain them.
