I’ve had IgG Lambda for 5 consecutive years & suddenly it’s Kappa now.

Hey Colleen. I believe you are on Darzalex? If they don't do a Daratumab specific immunofixation you will show a small m spike in the kappa region, just 0.1 or 0.2. That's from the Darzalex. You are still IgG Lambda myeloma on your bone marrow. It is possible to change to another light chain and some people are both but I think you are still Lambda like me. 🥰😉

Thank you Donna! Yes, I’m on Darzalex, so that makes sense. Haven’t had a bone marrow for couple years now but between that & monthly labs everything has always said Lambda until this week only says Kappa all of sudden. All this is so interesting. Amazing there are people able to figure it all out & come up with new treatments etc!! So thankful 🥰
