Has Any One With M.M Had Issues With Charlie Horses. Had Multiple Last Night Moved From Thigh To Calf Than Ankles.

Thanks Jeff, I usually eat 2 to 3 bananas a week. Have a long road ahead but taking one day at a time.

Charlie horses can come from depletion of electrolytes so eating bananas , drinking Pedialyte for electrolytes, pickle juice help. A loss of potassium and magnesium, and dehydration can be a cause.

Yes, I have Charlie Horses in my legs a lot at night. They are very painful. I am taking magnesium to help. I also try drinking a little pickle juice at night.

Yes, I get the charley horses, too! I have to power through them, get up and walk, make sure I am hydrated enough. I am on the edge of hyperkalemia [too much potassium] and have to watch potassium intake since I am a dialysis patient with failing kidneys. Trying to get out and walking seems to help, too.
