Intravenous immunoglobulins. IVIG. It's an infusion given as an outpatient for people with low immunoglobulins that have frequent infections. πŸ’•πŸ˜‰

I receive IVIG every 8 weeks. I have been in remission for 2 years, staying healthy! Except for the MM😁

Intravenous or subcutaneous gamma globulin can help. Exercise and eating a plant based diet can help. Maintaining an ideal body weight is supposed to help as well. I get all the vaccines that are recommended by my oncologistπŸ’•
