Believe it or not, exercise reduces fatigue. The hospital here has a Cancer Fit class where we work with a personal trainer twice a week. It stopped my back pain and reduced my fatigue.

As time goes on the fatigue diminishes and you become more active. I had my 2nd sct on 4/16 and after I was released from the hospital I waited a week and resumed my walks. I'm back up to 2 miles and now going to incorporate one of those outdoor exercise parks we have here for upper body strength. Don't lose focus and let this define you...

I meditate; pray; get moving; listen to my body;...rinse and repeat. Staying active actually helps me rest better at night - and since I have my new puppy...I am getting even more activity in!

Just rest. Our body speaks to us everyday and we need to pay attention. Meditation on whatever your spiritual beliefs may be.

A daily regiment of walking and resting. Just walking a little everyday helped.
