My original chemo in 2016 erased what I realized, late in the course of it, was bone pain. By the end of it, I was more pain-free than I had been in years.

The dex will help some with pain

Depends on whether you have a plasmacytoma or just a spot on your spine...your doctor should be able to tell you.

On top of pain meds, try Curcumin which helps with inflammation and progression with MM and a calcium supplement like Solaray's Collagen Bone Complete. When I take calcium my spine feels better.
