Lots of people on this site use Gabapentin for neuropathy.

I’m on morphine I tend to have a high tolerance to meds so require stronger than most. I take a 12 hr release and have 6 hr strength if needed. I’m trying to just use the 12 hr. Hope you find something that works well for you. Don’t settle as most doctors have several options along with costs.

I take 1 morphinene ir (immediate release) and a half percoset per day. But when I was first diagnosed I took 2 - 12 hour morphine per day for some serious back pain.

Thanks Jeff, she is allergic to morphine. Her pain medication is Dilaudid 2mg 3 times a day. I asked her oncologist to raise the dosage. Her palliative care doctor and the pain clinic. I see a R. N. For a treatment I have done monthly and he said this is ludicrous. What do I have to buy this stuff on the street corner or what 😡

I have 2 fentanyl patches that I change every 3 days (125 my) and I take Dilaudid for breakthrough pain when needed.
