It is a super soft blanket. The one I have is actually an electric blanket. But I never turn it on since Chemo.

Yes, It's the only way I can sleep. I sleep on my right side with a pillow between my knees otherwise I have back pain. It's from scoliosis and arthritis more than from myeloma👍
