When I gave my mom Dex for the first time she did not nap all day and slept maybe 3 hours. She was supposed to take it everyday. The next day I cut the pill in half! Much better! Since she was almost 91 years old, I figured it wasn’t good for her not to sleep. The Dex seemed to help with pain by reducing the tumor burden. She was on hospice at the time.

When using dex common to have trouble falling asleep although mine only lasts on e night. For me used with daratumamab
