Darzalex is not chemotherapy. It is a targeted monoclonal antibody. Velcade (bortezomib) is a type of chemotherapy called a targeted therapy.that helps to break down proteins that the cell doesn't need. Long term corticosteroid use does lower testosterone (usually by about 18%) Overall, Multiple Myeloma and lowered testosterone seem to go hand in hand. Ask your Dr. about the injections. Good luck!
