Has Anyone Had Problems With Getting Prescription Paid Without Very High Copays.

I am on Medicare with a supplmental and a drug plan. Just started some of my medications yesterday. Did not start Relivid as the copay for each cycle was $3000 thru the prescription plan. The doctor is trying to get the manufactor to provide it. The Insuranace agent says it should be paid thru Medicare and Supplemental as major medical.

The cost of these drugs are off the charts. . . . .hopefully the manufactor was able to assist you.

There are grants but now my husband gets it through the manfacturer. No, it is not covered un der najor medical. It is part D. In office treatments are covered under B and a supplement if you have one.
