You need to call your doctor’s office and talk with the Nurse or message the Doctor on My Chart. Your medications could be causing your platelet count to drop. That means you may need to change medications or hold off taking it for awhile. It will be for your doctor to decide. Don’t do it on your own, but don’t wait to ask.

Can you go back and see what your last platelet count was?

Colleen, I have never experienced bruising ever though I’m on a blood thinner. The best thing to do would be to call your doctor and tell him about it.

Shipmate Colleen, yes me too. I’m not on a low dose aspirin and still I bruise very easily especially on my arms. I’m going to ask my doctor on March 20. I had my SCT on July 14, 2022 and was told I’m in remission on November.
