Kyprolis

I had SCT January of 2022, and did fine for 6 months, had gallbladder removed and have not been ok since, they took me off maintenance therapy due to diarrhea I am having and now I’m told myeloma is back! I’m supposed to start on kyprolis soon and am quiet worried on how I will feel!

I was on kyprolis, Pom and dex in a clinical trial until I got COVID pneumonia in Nov 2020. After missing 2 mos of therapy, my light chains were shooting up. My onc didn't want to put me back on kyprolis because of my heart issues, so now I am on Pom, dara and Ninlaro. I didn't notice any serious side effects from kyprolis when I was on it, but it can be hard on the heart.
