Please discuss with your oncologist. My first free light chain in April 2020 was 1,677! After nearly 3 years of treatment it is now 22.4. It had dropped to a low of 15.7. The oncologist assures me this is fine. It may go up a little, but nothing super abnormal. If it climbs really high, then he will adjust treatment. It is always helpful to discuss any abnormal results to know what's going on.
