I constantly drink water. I’m afraid to take anything besides Tylenol. I’m not sure what will effect my kidneys.
Do you have a kidney dr besides your oncologist?

Hi, Loub, my oncologist does watch mine through bloodwork.
I thought maybe a kidney dr might be beneficial .
But didn’t want to if it’s not necessary

Mine has run 1.85 pretty consistently since I contracted MM. I see a kidney specialist who checks protein levels My kidneys are in good shape considering my creatinine

As many as half of people with multiple myeloma develop kidney problems. Elevated creatinine levels, like yours, can be a sign of kidney issues. It's important to monitor and manage these levels with your healthcare team to prevent further complications.

I have some kidney damage. My oncologist monitors my levels. My creatinine has run normal through all my MM journey. I had renal cell carcinoma and have only partial left kidney. All my physicians watch my kidneys closely
