I find with my fingers that if I give them a really good shaking for 30 seconds it almost completely goes away, for a while. Cant figure out how to shake my toes so i massage them and it helps a bit.
I had neuropathy with Velcade. Taking vitamin B every day helped some.
I have been using ice socks on my feet and leaving them on until the ice packs get warm and then repeat at least 3 times the couple days after my infusion day. I do not have any neuropathy. I got this advice from a friend who had ovarian cancer and wore these socks (buy on Amazon) when she received chemo for 8 months and she has no neuropathy. It was great advice!

Hello Edith,
I was on Velcade with gradual reductions in dosage and frequency from 2/week to weekly to every other week. It was highly effective and allowed me to achieve a continuous partial response now for over 2 years. Unfortunately, it can cause neuropathy that I continue to experience. It is important that you and your oncologist track your response closely and that may reduce the neuropathy associated with Velcade. Take a look at some of the resource articles regarding neuropathy to learn more. I hope this helps .I also posted many suggestions for my neuropathy on my page to try.
