First of all good afternoon everybody! Have anybody been on this drug Pomalyst for any period of time and did you have any side effects like hives or rashes or what?

I've been on Pomalyst for several months, along with dex and darzalex infusions. No reactions so far (knock wood)!

In addition, now that I’ve been on pomalyst for a bit , cough , phlegm and fatigue. But good news is my mSpike is now normal and so is my Igg. However white blood cells have dropped. Been through one cycle. We shall see what happens down the road. Hoping the trajectory stays the same and side effects become minimal. That’s it for now ! Hope everyone is doing well

My husband has been on Polymast, (along with Kyprolis and Dexamethasone) for close to 4 months now, hasn’t had the itching you describe so far. It seems to have helped his MM numbers, as no M spike has been detected in last 2 light chain bloodwork, other numbers better also. They do give him Benadryl with his Kyprolis.

I've been on Pomalyst since around March 2017. No rash. My skin does at times, have a burning sensation. My scalp gets itchy. I get awful fatigue and constipation. Mostly I deal with it okay. I believe rash is common. They usually give antihistamines and steroid creams. I hope it goes away. 💕

Janine, what milligram of Pomalyst were you taking? I take 2 mg. I think anything higher than 2 mg would be hard on my counts.
