Lenalidomide Or Lenalidomide And Daratumumab ( Clinical Trail )
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello Team and Fellow MMer's, Maintenance going forward, after SCT, is a choice of the above. Looking for information/experience with involvement in a clinical trail, the good, bad, and the ugly. Suggested questions one should ask. If offered but opted out of a trail, why? Side effects of daratumumab if using. Thank you all in advance and Happy Belated New Year !!!!

Thank you jrsavole, do appreciate your honesty and all the information provided. I am truly sorry you were treated with a lack of concern on how the side effects impacted your quality of life. Hope the adjustment to the Revlimid dose is working out

I’ve been on maintenance of 10 mg. Revlimid for 21 days then off for 7 days for the last five years after SCT . I’ve been lucky with no severe or recurring side effects. I did get a blood clot this summer in my leg that required me to start taking a blood thinner daily. I get my labs done every 8 weeks and they have remained stable. So far I’m very happy with the maintenance as I continued to work and live a fairly productive life. I do fight some fatigue like everyone else.
